A 3-day Simfox simulation course was given to Tirana International Airport from January 8th to 10th. Tirana International Airport is the only airport in Albania that operates international flights. Currently, 3 million passengers go through the airport every year, and the annual passenger traffic has been increasing steadily.
To meet the demands of passenger growth, Tirana International Airport purchased the Pro version of the Simfox X-ray training simulator. Simfox aims to improve X-ray image interpreting skills and the operational performance of the screeners. The participants showed great interest, and as Tirana Airport is looking into trialing other Renful products, we look forward to working with them again in the near future.

Renful started off this year at London Luton Airport, delivering the Simfox X-Ray CBT Training to the airport on January 2nd to 3rd. Luton is one of the top 5 busiest airports in the UK, which serves more than 17 million passengers a year. Luton and Renful have been maintaining a strong business partnership since 2011. Hence, it was a pleasure to have Luton for the Simfox Train the Trainer course and work towards the same goal. Through Simfox, security officers will be able to interpret X-ray images more effectively in a timely manner.
