Renful successfully completed a Passenger Predictive Profiling course over the course of three days, from April 17 – 19, 2023. We instructed 16 people from the General Directorate of Aviation Security of Azerbaijan Airlines. Participants received comprehensive training at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
During this intensive workshop, students gained an understanding of profile-based methodologies and how they can be used in combination with conventional passenger screening processes. The course covered topics such as the necessity of profiling, behavioural diagnosis, cue detection and successful questioning techniques. Participants had positive feedback about the quality of the information received.
