While the world is currently battling the spread of the Corona virus (COVID- 19), we at Renful Premier Technologies and NeuralGuard would like to update you on the measures we are taking to ensure continuity of service and the health of our staff.
We have put systems in place, so most of our staff are able to work from home while a very few of us, no more than 4 persons at a time, continue working from our offices in London, Budapest and Netanya. We follow government guidance and keep social distancing for members of staff and customers.
Preventing the spread of the COVID-19, the health of our staff and business continuity are our top priorities.
We want to stress, that our team is active and reachable via the usual channels, throughout this period. We are responding to emails, answering your calls and setting up conference calls and video calls as needed. When it comes to your relationship with us, it’s business as usual.
In order to contain the spread of the virus, we are limiting our in-person engagements over the coming weeks. Our teams will therefore be encouraging the use of video conferencing as a temporary alternative to in-person meetings and course deliveries in order to limit physical interaction.
We are currently able to provide remote installation and online train the trainer courses for Simfox, Opeready, Trefox and Pre-M. We are also available for online demonstration of our products, including our AI based threat detection system Eye-Fox. E-learning courses and web-based images analysis exercises are also available for your staff.

Lastly, I would like to note that we miss the hugs, kisses, family and friends’ gatherings, face to face meetings, presentations, travels and all things that made our world so interesting.
